As part of the LeanUX course, the task was to identify an everyday problem in a team of five and develop a digital solution for it using the LeanUX Canvas.
After an intensive ideation process, we decided on a problem in the healthcare sector - the time-consuming and often confusing search for a suitable doctor. This led to the idea for Medfinder, a mobile app that helps users quickly and specifically find medical assistance. A central feature is the AI-based symptom analysis, which suggests suitable specialists based on complaints.
The app offers the following main features:
Doctor search with display for new admissions
AI-supported symptom analysis
Online appointment booking
Practice profiles with reviews
Recommendations and analysis history
